RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase, however if you must return your item(s) back to us, it must be no later than 7 days from the delivery date.
Please notify us of your return via our Contact Us page within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will send you the returns label, as well as any other relevant information.
When you return an item, a fee of £3.99 will be deducted from the total refunded amount. We charge this fee per parcel returned, so please ensure you return all the items from your order in the same parcel to avoid being charged twice.
Returns must adhere to the following:
* In original packaging
* No signs of wash/wear
* Tags must not be damaged or removed
* No stains/hairs/odours
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days. Please keep your Proof of Return Receipt when sending a parcel back to us. If in the rare circumstance that your return is miss placed by the carrier, we will need to rely on the receipt in order to offer you a refund.
